Just found a way to access Nike+ data from the iPhone.

It gives you access to all your runs coming from iPhone 3GS and/or your iPod Nano. Really cool.

Perhaps you already know it and I'm not sure if it's the official URL but enter this one in your iPhone's Safari...

It's just a beginning. I hope more possibilities in near futur.
